Mike Rowe, who you probably don’t know but does those Levi’s and Ford truck commercials and was also the host of Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel, is being sued by another guy named Mike Rowe for copyright infringement. Apparently the suing Mr. Rowe is in prison for a DUI and is constantly being ridiculed for being such a pussy. Which is more an indictment on Ford and Levi’s who make a serious attempt to set themselves as rugged and manly products than it is to Mike Rowe.

I don’t know what’s more pathetic; that our nation allows for these kind of litigious claims or that this guy actually went to prison for a DUI. I knew a guy once who wasn’t allowed to go to other countries because he got 3 DUI’s but even he didn’t have to go to prison. I imagine that in prison, guys who are in for DUI’s are just a step up from child rapists and Bernie Madoff.
